Agent Retreats - Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City ENZ held two agent retreats in Vietnam. The first took Ho Chi Minh Agents to a Mui Ne retreat on 23rd and 24th of June. The second took Hanoi based Agents to a Cat Ba retreat on 30th June and 1st July. With Agents playing an important role in Vietnam, the aim of the retreat was to reward New Zealand focused agents, and re-enthuse them about / build loyalty for New Zealand. It was also an opportunity to invite feedback from the agents on Education New Zealand’s Vietnam strategy. A total of 45 Agents attended the two retreats. The Agents were given a range of formal presentations covering topics such the New Zealand education system, the Code of Practice, Branding and ENZ marketing, and immigration. A formal Q & A session was also held and informal discussions/networking occurred during meal times and the fun team building activities the Agents took part in. Attending Agents were all very positive feedback about the retreats. All attendees were given a ‘Study in New Zealand’ soft cloth bag containing · Programme booklets including PowerPoint presentation print outs
