New Zealand Education Fair Series - March 2007 ENZ commissioned NZTE Kuala Lumpurto host a series of New Zealand Education Fairs in 2007. Fairs were held in Penang (13 March), Kuala Lumpur (17 March), Petaling Jaya (18 March), Kuching (20 March) and Kota Kinabalu (22 March). The fairs were publicised utilising a variety of mediums. Outdoor advertising, print (including editorial coverage), web and direct marketing were all employed. All eight universities, four institutes of technology and polytechnics, and one secondary school participated. A total of 2,475 visitors attended the fairs with between 50 to 60% of attendees interested in graduate study and 10 to 20% interested in post graduate study. At each fair a “Study in New Zealand” seminar was presented In Kuala Lumpur Immigration New Zealand also held a seminar covering the subject matter of student visa procedures and requirements Attendees were given New Zealand Educated branded bags and a pen. Agents Info Sheet, Fees Schedule, Handbook Courses & Costs, University Directory and an ITP profile newsletter.
