5th Fair Einstieg Hamburg

Held on 23-24 February 2007 the Einstieg Hamburg Fair attracted 35,000 registered visitors.

Education New Zealand commissioned NZTE Germany to station a booth with a variety of Education New Zealand collateral and information.

91% of visitors were secondary school students with the majority (63%) studying at upper secondary level (Gymnasium).

13% of the 290 exhibitors were education institutions from foreign countries.

The fair offered educational programmes for study and apprenticeship as well as career options in Germany and abroad.
Visitors to the international area were mainly interested in high school and tertiary education programmes as well as internships abroad. The most popular foreign language was English.
