Shinyway Education Fair - Hangzhou The Zhejiang Shinyway International education fair ran from the 22nd June to 26th June 2007 and covered 5 cities: Jiaxing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, and Jinhua. Primarily a tertiary fair series, over 50 institutions from 9 countries participated in Hangzhou. New Zealand Trade and Enterprise attended the Hangzhou fair on behalf of Education New Zealand. 2 New Zealand universities were also present. 7,000 visitors attended the Hangzhou fair The New Zealand institutes were visited by a great number of attendees. A seminar was presented by NZTE representatives on the New Zealand education system, pathways and visa application processes. Those interested in New Zealand as a study destination were given a New Zealand course handbook and Study in New Zealand handbook.
