Formed in 1997 FPP Edu-Media, offers a range of marketing platforms and solutions for education providers to utilise in Latin America markets.
FPP Edu-Media marketing tools include online resources (student study abroad websites and electronic newsletters), print publications, student recruitment fairs, agent workshops and student placement services.
FPP Edu-Media organised a September fair series targeting five Brazilian cities. FPP Edu-Media invited ENZ’s NZTE representative to attend the fair series. However, it was decided to focus only on attending the Sao Paulo (23 September) and Salvador fairs (11 September).
The Education New Zealand stand was well visited with the majority of inquiries concerned with English Language courses. Significant numbers were also interested in Post Graduate study, and a few made inquiries about secondary study.
FPP Edu-Media promoted the fair series with flyers and posters at schools and universities. An e-mail invitation was also sent to their database of potential students and agents.
ENZ’s NZTE representative delivered a 30 minute presentation on New Zealand’s Education system in both Salvador and Sao Paulo attracting 40 and 70 people respectively.
In total approximately 1,100 people attend the Salvador fair and 3,200 in Sao Paulo which went for 2 days.
Two New Zealand education providers attended the fair series – a secondary school and a PTE.
In total, approximately 30 exhibitors from 9 countries took part in the both fairs. |
