Upcoming Workshops – Sector Specific Marketing and Recruitment Workshops

Further to the workshops offered in 2008 and 2009, new sector specific sessions are run in February 2010.  The nature of these workshops will be tailored to the tertiary sector, the PTE sector and the schools sectors.  In light of requests received by Education New Zealand, the tertiary sector workshops will cover both strategic issues (specifically focused for the development of senior staff) and the more practical approach adopted in previous years.

The workshops will take place in Auckland with a single day for each of the PTE and schools sectors, in addition to a two-day high-level strategy workshop and a one-day operationally focused workshop for the tertiary sector.

The workshops will be held over the period of 22nd February 2010 to 26th February 2010.

Schools workshop topics:  Locating a market for recruitment; Writing a marketing plan; and E Marketing on a budget.

Private Training Establishment workshop topics:  Advanced strategies in agent management; Recruiting international students locally; The A-Z of E-recruiting

Tertiary workshop topics (one day operational workshop):  Competitor Marketing and Recruitment Strategies; Best practice in working with agents; International office management

Please note that all workshops are open to all sectors, however the content will have a specific sector focus as indicated for that workshop.

Confirmation of Attendance
