A New Zealand Education Fair, the first in a long absence from the market will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia. This event will be held prior the beginning of the first set of Malaysian events beginning on Sunday 26 February.

Registrations have now opened and the event will go ahead based on industry demand.  Further details on the event will be available then.

Interest from Indonesian students studying in New Zealand is on the rise, with Immigration New Zealand statistics as at September 2011 recording 295 students.

New Zealand Specialist Agent training was completed in July 2011 and 48 Indonesian Education Agents attended with 23 awarded accreditation. To view their details please visit HERE

Marketing in Indonesia is particularly relevant for the tertiary market.  Please see the sector breakdown of current students studying in NZ taken from the INZ, September 2011 figures. Universities, ITPs, PTEs and some secondary schools are encouraged to participate.
